The invention provides a roadside visual angle speed measurement method and system, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring image data acquired by camera equipment and radar point cloud data acquired by a radar sensor; the camera equipment and the radar sensor are in time synchronization; performing filtering and dimension reduction processing on the radar point cloud data to obtain processed point cloud data; performing target detection and tracking processing on the image data to obtain visual output information; performing fusion processing on the processed point cloud data and the visual output information to obtain target space information; determining speed information according to the target space information and the visual output information; and performing data structuring on the speed information, the target space information and the visual output information, and determining output data. The scheme is high in speed detection precision and high in accuracy.
