The invention relates to an automatic guide deviation rectifying device of a rail transportation device. The rolling wheels and the tracks are optimally designed, the U-shaped tracks with two rolling contact surfaces and the conical deviation rectifying wheels are adopted, and the situation that the wheels on the left side and the right side are different in advancing speed and distance under the condition of the same rotating speed due to errors in the aspects of friction force, movement resistance, track levelness and the like of the wheels on the two sides can be automatically and effectively counteracted; and the whole device is simple in structure, flexible to assemble and suitable for being used in a walking mechanism of oversized-span rail transportation equipment in the heavy industry.

    本发明涉及一种轨道运输装置的自动导向纠偏装置。本发明对滚轮和轨道进行了优化设计,采用了两个滚动接触面的U型轨道和锥形的纠偏轮,可以自行有效抵消因两边的车轮摩檫力、运动阻力、轨道水平度等方面的误差,造成左右两侧的车轮在同等转速条件下,行进的速度和距离不同,造成车体偏斜的问题,而整个装置结构简单,装配灵活,适合在重工行业中超大跨距的轨道运输设备的行走机构中的使用。
