The elevator dragging device comprises a lifting cage, a balance weight, a guide mechanism for the lifting cage and the balance weight to move up and down, a traction machine, a first guide wheel set and a second guide wheel set, the upper end of the balance weight is provided with an upper wheel set, and the lower end of the balance weight is provided with a lower wheel set; one end of the first traction cable is relatively fixed with the cage and is connected with the first coded disc, and the other end of the first traction cable upwards bypasses the first guide wheel group and then is downwards connected with the counterweight; and one end of the second traction cable is relatively fixed with the lower part of the hoistway and is connected with the second coded disc, and the other end of the second traction cable is wound on the traction machine after upwards bypassing the lower wheel set, then upwards wound on the second guide wheel set, downwards wound on the upper wheel set and finally upwards fixed with the hoistway sky beam through a rope head combination. The length of the traction cable and the length of the guide mechanism can be continuously adjusted through the coded disc to meet the height change of a building. And through an indirect driving mode, the cycle frequency and number of the traction cable are reduced, reactive power loss caused by the quality of a traction cable system is reduced, and the operation efficiency is improved.

    本申请公开了升降机拖动方法及设备,包括吊笼、配重,吊笼和配重上下运行的导向机构,曳引机以及第一导向轮组和第二导向轮组,配重的上端安装有上轮组,下端安装有下轮组;第一牵引索的一端与吊笼相对固定且与第一码盘连接,另一端向上绕过第一导向轮组后向下与配重连接;第二牵引索的一端与井道下方相对固定且与第二码盘连接,另一端向上绕过下轮组后绕制在曳引机上,然后向上绕制在第二导向轮组,再向下绕制在上轮组,最后向上通过绳头组合与井道天梁固定。本申请通过码盘可以不断调整牵引索的长度和导向机构的长度满足建筑物高度的变化。通过间接驱动的方式,减少牵引索的循环次数和数量,减少牵引索系统质量造成的无功损耗,提高运行效率。
