The invention discloses a double-arc structure braking device for landing of an unmanned aerial vehicle on a small ship, belongs to the technical field of landing braking of unmanned aerial vehicles, and aims to solve the problem of low braking performance caused by large braking distance of an existing unmanned aerial vehicle recovery device. The device comprises a U-shaped upper cover, a roller unit, a pressure plate spring unit with a double-arc structure, a guide rail and a capturing unit, the U-shaped upper cover and the capturing unit are installed at the head end and the tail end of the guide rail side by side in the running direction. The head and tail hinge points of the inner wall of the side plate of the U-shaped upper cover are hinged to the two ends of the pressing plate spring unit supporting the double-arc structure respectively, and the roller unit is supported by the guide rail to roll along the guide rail. The capturing unit is used for capturing the unmanned aerial vehicle and pulling the roller unit to roll towards the tail end along the guide rail through the rope, the roller unit pushes the arc-shaped pressing plate to rotate upwards around the head end hinge point in the process of rolling towards the tail end along the lower arc face of the arc-shaped pressing plate, and then the bow-shaped spring is compressed in the vertical direction to start braking of the unmanned aerial vehicle. And in the braking process, kinetic energy of the unmanned aerial vehicle is converted into friction heat energy and elastic potential energy until the unmanned aerial vehicle is locked.

    无人机在小型舰船着陆的双弧结构制动装置,属于无人机着陆制动技术领域,本发明为解决现有无人机回收装置制动距离大导致制动性能不高问题。本发明包括U型上盖、滚轮单元、双弧结构的压板弹簧单元、导轨和捕获单元;U型上盖和捕获单元沿运行方向并列安装在导轨上的首末端;U型上盖侧板内壁首末铰接点分别铰接支撑双弧结构的压板弹簧单元的两端,滚轮单元由导轨支撑沿该导轨滚动;捕获单元用于捕获无人机,并通过绳索拉动滚轮单元沿导轨向末端滚动,滚轮单元沿弧形压板下部弧面向末端滚过程中推动弧形压板绕首端铰接点向上转动,进而在竖直方向压缩弓形弹簧以开始无人机制动,制动过程中无人机的动能转换为摩擦热能和弹性势能,直至锁止。
