本发明公开了一种非接触检测机车受电弓特性参数的方法,包括:先在受电弓底架上固定安装其感应范围覆盖弓网触点的光纤测温传感器;在弓网触点温度非接触检测中,温度采集模块实时采集列车运行时弓网触点的温度,进行环境温度背景降噪处理,将获取的弓网接触点温度输送闭环调节模块;基于受电弓检测系统触点温度非接触检测,获得表征弓网动态接触力,弓网跟随、受流特性的受电弓与接触网触点温度,与预先建立的触点温度‑触点耦合度参数表比对,以比对结果计算调节曲线和选择控制策略;参数上报模块将调节过程数据、设备故障等信息上报车载行车安全监控系统。采用该方法,投资成本小,自动化程度高,实时性好,检测可靠。

    The invention discloses a method for detecting characteristic parameters of a locomotive pantograph in a non-contact mode. The method comprises the steps that firstly, an optical fiber temperature measuring sensor with the induction range covering a pantograph net contact is fixedly installed on a pantograph underframe; in pantograph-catenary contact temperature non-contact detection, a temperature collection module collects the temperature of a pantograph-catenary contact in real time when a train runs, noise reduction processing is conducted on the environment temperature background, and the obtained temperature of the pantograph-catenary contact is conveyed to a closed-loop adjustment module; based on contact temperature non-contact detection of a pantograph detection system, pantograph and contact net contact temperatures representing pantograph-catenary dynamic contact force, pantograph-catenary following and current collection characteristics are obtained and compared with a pre-established contact temperature-contact coupling degree parameter table, and an adjustment curve and a selection control strategy are calculated according to a comparison result; and the parameter reporting module reports information such as adjustment process data and equipment faults to the vehicle-mounted driving safety monitoring system. The method is low in investment cost, high in automation degree, good in real-time performance and reliable in detection.
