The invention belongs to the technical field of new energy automobile charging, and discloses a new energy automobile charging control device and method and a new energy automobile charging power supply. The heating power and the contact resistance of the plug are estimated in a mode of calculating the temperature rise rate, and when the temperature rise rate exceeds a set threshold value, a charging circuit is closed by adopting a charging power reducing and charging stopping control mode; a PE detection and LN phase dislocation detection method is used, and when a PE line in the plug is disconnected, a charging circuit is closed; and when LN phase dislocation occurs, alarm prompting is carried out. The temperature of the L pole and the N pole of the plug can be sensed respectively, measurement is more accurate, and the temperature threshold value and the temperature rise threshold value can be conveniently controlled and determined. PE detection and LN phase dislocation detection are integrated, so that the device is safer. In control, the heating power/contact resistance of the plug is estimated by calculating the temperature rise rate, and abnormal heating can be identified and responded before the temperature of the plug rises to the temperature harmful to the plug.

    本发明属于新能源汽车的充电技术领域,公开了新能源汽车充电控制装置、方法及新能源汽车充电电源。计算温升速率的方式估计插头的发热功率和接触电阻,在温升速率超过设定的阈值时,采用降低充电功率和停止充电控制模式关闭充电电路;利用PE检测、LN错相检测方法,在插头中PE线断开时,关闭充电电路;在LN错相时,进行报警提示。本发明能够分别感知插头L、N极的温度,测量更加准确,方便控制上确定温度阈值与温升阈值。集成PE检测与LN错相检测,使得装置更加安全。控制上采用计算温升速率的方法估计插头发热功率/接触电阻,可以在插头温度还没有上升到对插头有害的温度之前就识别异常发热,并对其做出反应。
