The invention discloses a treatment method for rail gnawing during operation of wheel sets of a bridge crane. The method comprises the steps that the position reference of the wheel sets of a crane cart operation mechanism is inspected out of a factory, and the mounting linear direction reference of a driving wheel set and a driven wheel set of the wheel sets on the same side coincides; simultaneously measuring the diagonal dimensions of the four outmost wheel groups; mastering the corresponding relation between the environment temperature change and the track expansion compensation amount, and reserving the compensation amount; determining wheel diameter measurement, speed reducer speed ratio detection and motor actual output rotating speed test: a, ensuring consistent transmission ratio of the speed reducer; b, the wheel tread diameter is measured and checked before the wheel set is on line, and the diameter deviation is not larger than +/-1.5 per thousand; c, controlling the rotating speed error of the motor within +/-2rpm; d, replacing a new track in time to ensure the normal contact state of the wheel group and the track and the stable operation of the crane; e, an original positioning semi-arc plate of the 45-degree split structure wheel set is improved and designed into a positioning ring with the centering positioning characteristic.

    本发明公开了一种桥式起重机车轮组运行啃轨的处理方法,出厂检验起重机大车运行机构车轮组的位置基准,同侧车轮组主动车轮组和被动车轮组安装直线方向基准重合;同时测量最外侧四个车轮组对角线尺寸;掌握环境温度变化与轨道伸缩补偿量的对应关系,预留补偿量;确认车轮直径测量、减速器速比检测、电动机实际输出转速测试:a、保证减速器传动比一致;b、车轮组上线前对车轮踏面直径进行测量检查,直径偏差不不大于±1.5‰;c、电动机转速误差控制在±2rpm以内;d、及时更换新轨道以保证正常的车轮组与轨道的接触状态及起重机平稳运行;e、将45°剖分结构车轮组原定位半弧形板改进设计为具备对中定位特性的定位环。
