The invention discloses a new energy logistics vehicle, carriage and side plate assembling method.The new energy logistics vehicle comprises a side plate assembly and a bottom frame assembly, three third mounting grooves are formed in the bottom frame assembly, two of the third mounting grooves extend front and back and are located on the left side and the right side of the bottom frame assembly, and the other third mounting groove extends left and right and is located on the front side of the bottom frame assembly; the side plate assembly comprises a side plate piece, a first side plate and a side door assembly. The method comprises the following specific steps that S1, a second side plate, a third side plate and a fourth side plate which are located on the same plate are bent to form the side plate piece; s2, a side plate piece, a first side plate and a side door assembly are inserted and fixed into three third mounting grooves; s3, the side door assembly is fixedly connected with the first side plate and the side plate piece; s4, the bent inner angle between the second side plate and the third side plate is welded and reinforced, and the bent inner angle between the third side plate and the fourth side plate is welded and reinforced; according to the technical scheme, the assembling steps are reduced, and the assembling efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种新能源物流车、车厢和侧板组装方法,包括侧板总成和底架总成,所述底架总成上设有三个第三安装槽,其中两个第三安装槽前后延伸并位于底架总成的左右两侧,另一个第三安装槽左右延伸并位于底架总成的前侧;所述侧板总成包括侧板件、第一侧板和侧门组件其具体步骤如下:S1:将位于同一块板材上的第二侧板、第三侧板和第四侧板弯折以形成所述侧板件;S2:将侧板件、第一侧板和侧门组件插接固定在三个第三安装槽中;S3:将侧门组件和第一侧板以及侧板件固定连接;S4:将第二侧板和第三侧板之间的折弯内角焊接加固,以及将第三侧板和第四侧板之间的折弯内角焊接加固;本技术方案减少了组装步骤,提高了组装效率。
