The invention provides a defrosting method for a windshield of a vehicle, and the defrosting method comprises the following steps: S10, obtaining a preset departure time of the vehicle; s20, according to the preset departure time, the defrosting activation time is set, and the defrosting activation time is set to be before the preset departure time; and S30, a defrosting activation instruction is generated, and in response to the defrosting activation instruction, the vehicle can execute an advanced defrosting operation used for defrosting a windshield of the vehicle at the defrosting activation moment. The invention further relates to a defrosting control device and a vehicle. By means of the vehicle defrosting method and device, the vehicle can be automatically defrosted in advance before the preset departure time, so that the waiting time of a driver is shortened, and the operation convenience is improved.
