The crisscross section method comprises the steps that the moving trolley and the rope guide mechanism are arranged on one side of a balance arm of the tower crane, so that hoisting operation on the side of the balance arm is conveniently carried out through a rope of an original hoisting winch of the tower crane, and when the balance arm rotates to the same direction as the introduction direction of a standard section introduction platform of the tower crane, tower crane section lowering operation on the side of the balance arm can be achieved. And the balance arm is generally shorter than the cargo boom, so that the balance arm is not easy to interfere with a building, the joint descending operation is convenient, the efficiency is higher, time and labor are saved, and the cost is lower.

    本发明涉及一种塔机反向辅助降节机构及其绛节方法,该机构包括沿塔机中平衡臂长度方向呈限位移动的移动小车,以及用于将塔机中原起升卷扬机的绳索导引至移动小车处并随移动小车形成移动牵引的导绳机构,导绳机构相对于平衡臂固定,所述移动小车设有导引所述绳索的导轮,且绳索经过导轮后呈向下竖直牵引状态。绛节方法为:在塔机的平衡臂一侧设置移动小车和导绳机构,从而方便利用塔机原起升卷扬机的绳索进行平衡臂侧的起吊操作,当平衡臂转动至与塔机的标准节引进平台的引进方向同向时,即可实现平衡臂侧的塔机降节操作,平衡臂通常短于起重臂,故不易与建筑物之间形成干涉,便于降节操作,效率较高,省时省力,成本较低。
