And a reference microphone for detecting noise is arranged at the lower part of the first channel. The noise becomes a first plane wave in the first channel. And a loudspeaker is arranged at the upper part of the first channel. A second channel provided with an error microphone is connected with the upper part of the first channel. A first plane wave within the first channel reaches into the second channel along an acoustic path. And a noise canceller configured to detect the sound by the error microphone and to emit a second plane wave that cancels the opposite phase of the first plane wave from the speaker to cancel the noise.
