The embodiment of the invention discloses a refrigerating device and a control method and system. The refrigerating device comprises two sets of refrigerating systems arranged side by side. The refrigerating system comprises a liquid path refrigerating structure and a bypass refrigerating pipeline communicated with a specified position of the liquid path refrigerating structure; when the liquid path refrigeration structure is started and the bypass refrigeration pipeline is opened, the refrigeration system can provide refrigeration of a preset grade; the designated position is any one of the following communication modes: one end of the bypass refrigeration pipeline is communicated with a pipeline of a condenser inlet or a pipeline of a condenser outlet in the liquid path refrigeration structure, and the other end of the bypass refrigeration pipeline is communicated with a pipeline of an evaporator inlet in the liquid path refrigeration structure; one end of the bypass refrigeration pipeline is communicated with a condenser inlet pipeline in the liquid path refrigeration structure, and the other end of the bypass refrigeration pipeline is communicated with an evaporator outlet pipeline in the liquid path refrigeration structure. According to the refrigeration device, the control method and the system, multi-stage refrigeration grade adjustment can be provided, so that the temperature change of the railway vehicle is balanced, the control is more flexible, and the comfort of passengers is improved.

    本发明实施例公开了一种制冷装置、控制方法及系统,所述制冷装置包括两组并列的制冷系统;制冷系统包括液路制冷结构和连通于液路制冷结构的指定位置上的旁通制冷管路;在液路制冷结构启动且旁通制冷管路开启时,制冷系统能够提供预设定等级的制冷;指定位置为以下连通方式中任意一者:旁通制冷管路的一端连通于的液路制冷结构中冷凝器入口的管路或冷凝器出口的管路,另一端连通于液路制冷结构中蒸发器入口的管路;旁通制冷管路的一端连通于的液路制冷结构中冷凝器入口管路,另一端连通于液路制冷结构中蒸发器出口的管路。该制冷装置、控制方法及系统可以可以提供多级的制冷等级调节,使得轨道车辆温度变化均衡,控制更加灵活,并且提升乘客的舒适性。
