The embodiment of the invention provides a hydraulic adjusting system. The hydraulic adjusting system comprises an oil cylinder, an electric control driver, a compensator, a multi-way valve, a pump station, a first one-way valve, a first shuttle valve and a second shuttle valve. An oil inlet of the compensator is connected with a main oil inlet of the pump station; an oil outlet of the compensator is connected with a main oil inlet of the multi-way valve; an oil drainage port of the compensator is connected with an oil inlet of the first one-way valve; a control oil port of the compensator is connected with an oil outlet of the first one-way valve, the first shuttle valve and the second shuttle valve; and the electric control driver is connected with a pilot control oil port of the multi-way valve. Based on the structure, accurate and real-time control over the oil cylinders can be achieved, and the problem that the oil cylinders are not synchronous in the prior art is solved.
