According to the energy-saving hydraulic system for driving the chassis, a prime motor and an energy storage flywheel are connected with a transmission case through electric clutches respectively, and the transmission case is further coaxially connected with a two-way variable pump; an oil discharge outlet of the two-way variable pump is connected with an oil suction inlet of a synchronous motor through an eighth electromagnetic directional valve, and two oil discharge outlets of the synchronous motor are connected with a second electromagnetic directional valve and a fourth electromagnetic directional valve respectively and connected with each other through a first electromagnetic directional valve. Two working oil ports of the second electromagnetic directional valve are connected with the two ends of a series loop of the first driving motor and the third electromagnetic directional valve respectively, and two working oil ports of the fourth electromagnetic directional valve are connected with the two ends of a series loop of the second driving motor and the fifth electromagnetic directional valve respectively; the energy accumulator is connected with the first driving motor and the second driving motor through a sixth electromagnetic reversing valve and further connected with a P port of the two-way variable pump through a seventh electromagnetic reversing valve. The system can be used for effectively recovering and reusing kinetic energy in braking and downhill working conditions, and is suitable for various engineering machinery with hydraulically-driven chassis and other similar hydraulic equipment.

    一种驱动底盘的节能液压系统,原动机和储能飞轮各自通过电动离合器与传动箱连接,传动箱还与双向变量泵同轴连接;双向变量泵的排油口通过电磁换向阀八与同步马达的吸油口连接,同步马达的两个排油口分别与电磁换向阀二和四连接,同时通过电磁换向阀一相互连接,电磁换向阀二的两个工作油口分别与驱动马达一和电磁换向阀三串联回路的两端连接,电磁换向阀四的两个工作油口分别与驱动马达二和电磁换向阀五串联回路的两端连接;蓄能器通过电磁换向阀六与驱动马达一和二连接,还通过电磁换向阀七与双向变量泵的P口连接。该系统可以对制动和下坡工况中的动能进行有效回收和再利用,其适用于各种具有液压驱动的底盘的工程机械和其它类似液压设备中。
