The problem to be solved by the invention is how to improve the operation safety of working equipment through monitoring of the limiter under a certain cost condition. In order to solve the problem, the invention provides a control method of a limiter, and the limiter comprises an input shaft, a speed reduction assembly and a circuit board, the control method comprises the steps that after an input angular displacement signal of the input shaft is decelerated through the deceleration assembly, the deceleration assembly outputs an output angular displacement signal; the circuit board receives the output angular displacement signal, converts the output angular displacement signal into a real-time data signal and outputs the real-time data signal, and the real-time data signal corresponds to the real-time position of the equipment; when the real-time data signal reaches a corresponding stage threshold value, a warning signal is output to the electric control equipment, and when the real-time data signal reaches a limit threshold value, an on-off signal is output to the electric control equipment; wherein the real-time data signal is a signal used for reflecting the lifting distance of the equipment, and the on-off signal is a signal used for controlling on-off of start and stop of the equipment.

    本发明解决的问题是如何在一定成本条件下通过限位器的监测提高工作设备运行的安全性。为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种限位器的控制方法,限位器包括:输入轴,减速组件及电路板;控制方法包括:输入轴的输入角位移信号通过减速组件减速后,减速组件输出一个输出角位移信号;电路板接收输出角位移信号,将输出角位移信号转换为实时数据信号,并输出实时数据信号,实时数据信号对应设备的实时位置;在实时数据信号达到对应的阶段阈值时,输出警示信号至电控设备,在实时数据信号达到极限阈值时,输出通断信号至电控设备;其中,实时数据信号为用于反应设备升降距离的信号,通断信号为用于控制设备启停的通断的信号。
