The invention discloses a pointing three-super satellite platform system based on a space manipulator, relates to the technical field of aerospace application, and solves the problems that an existing undisturbed load platform cannot realize quick and large-range maneuvering of effective loads and a traditional three-super stable platform is low in vibration isolation bandwidth, high in cost and the like. Therefore, the stable transmission of data and the maximization of solar energy utilization are ensured. Rapid maneuvering of the effective load module is achieved through the space manipulator, the connecting module and the effective load module are connected through the Stewart-structured non-contact actuator interface, master-slave collaborative attitude movement is achieved through the connecting module and the effective load module, and ultrahigh pointing precision of the effective load is achieved. The interface module is provided with a non-contact energy transmission system and a wireless information transmission system, a high-precision non-contact actuator and a high-precision non-contact sensor are adopted, it is guaranteed that the effective load module is not affected by vibration of the supporting module, and ultrahigh stability in the working process is achieved.

    基于空间机械臂指向三超卫星平台系统,涉及航空航天应用技术领域,解决现有无扰载荷平台无法实现有效载荷快速大范围机动和传统三超稳定平台隔振带宽低成本高等问题,本发明中,支持模块工作状态始终保持对地的三轴稳定,以保证数据的平稳传输和太阳能利用的最大化。通过空间机械臂实现有效载荷模块的快速机动,通过Stewart构型的非接触式作动器接口将连接模块和有效载荷模块连接起来,连接模块和有效载荷模块实现主从协同姿态运动,实现有效载荷的超高指向精度。接口模块拥有非接触式能量传输系统和无线信息传输系统,采用高精度非接触式作动器和高精度非接触式传感器,保证有效载荷模块不会受到支持模块振动的影响,实现工作过程中的超高稳定度。
