The embodiment of the invention provides a wireless communication method, terminal equipment and network equipment, and the network equipment can accurately obtain a service allowed area and a service prohibited area of the terminal equipment based on geofence area information, thereby enabling a 3GPP network to better serve the management and control of the terminal equipment. The wireless communication method comprises: a mobility management function entity receiving first information, the first information comprising geo-fencing area information of a terminal device, the geo-fencing area information indicating a service allowed area or a service allowed area list for the terminal device, or the geo-fencing area information indicating a service allowed area or a service allowed area list for the terminal device; the geofence area information indicates a service prohibited area or a service prohibited area list for the terminal equipment.
