The invention further relates to a light signaling arrangement for a driverless transport system, comprising a plurality of said light signaling devices (26). The invention further relates to a driverless transport system having the light signaling device (26) and a control device for controlling the light signaling device (26) as a function of an operating state of the driverless transport system. The invention further relates to the use of the light signaling device (26) for visualizing the operating state of an unmanned transport system. Finally, the invention relates to an operating method for the light signaling device (26), in which the luminous flux coupled out by one light source (32) of the light generating unit (28) is reduced and at the same time the luminous flux coupled out by the other light source (32) of the light generating unit (28) is increased, in order to generate a maximum brightness value of the emitted light that moves along the front element (46).
