A drive includes a set of safety devices, which may be bi-directional or unidirectional. In the case of a bi-directional system, the drive is formed by two wedge rollers (1) and (2) which extend through rectangular grooves (11) and (12) respectively provided in a protective plate (16). The wedge roller (1) and the wedge roller (2) are assembled on the floating anchors (14) and the floating anchors (15) respectively, and the anchors are connected together through the spring (5); in another aspect, the drive comprises a drive assembly comprising a coil (3) wherein the transmission between the drive and the wedge assembly is carried out by a flexible transmission comprising two cables (7) and (8), one end of which is joined to the drive assembly and the other end of which is joined to the wedge assembly. And the other end is connected to the floating anchors (14) and (15) provided with the wedge rollers (1) and (2). Furthermore, the bolts of the rollers (1) and (2) extend through rectangular holes of a distinguishing plate (6) responsible for separating the non-wedge-shaped rollers from the guide rail. This system allows the wedge assembly to be mounted separately relative to the drive assembly.
