The invention provides a strong electromagnetic force device, relates to the field of power machinery, and is used for outputting strong electromagnetic thrust. According to the inductor structure, spiral type hollow cylindrical inductors are mutually nested and located on the same axis, one ends of the hollow cylindrical inductors are kept flush, and a series nested inductor structure is formed; the inductors are connected in series and are connected in a shape similar to a Chinese character'gong 'from the view of the cross section, and the current directions (clockwise or anticlockwise) of the inductors are kept consistent. The initial position of the secondary coil is close to the flush end of the hollow cylindrical inductor, and the secondary coil can move outwards along the axis of the inductor structure. The two ends of the hollow cylindrical inductors connected in series are connected with the pulse discharge circuit to form a closed loop. The strong electromagnetic force device solves the problems that a traditional electromagnetic force device is complex and weak in thrust, is simple in structure and large in thrust, and is suitable for occasions of spacecraft impact power tests, dynamic mechanical property tests of materials and the like.

    本发明提出了一种强电磁力装置,涉及动力机械领域,用以输出强电磁推力。本发明的电感结构为,各个螺线式空心圆柱电感相互嵌套,处于同一轴线上,且各个空心圆柱电感一端保持平齐,形成串联嵌套电感结构;各个电感互相串联,从横截面看,类似“弓”字形连接,且使各电感电流方向(顺时针或逆时针方向)保持一致。所述次级线圈初始位置靠近空心圆柱电感平齐的一端,可以沿着所述电感结构的轴线向外运动。所述串联的空心圆柱电感两端与脉冲放电电路相连接,形成一个闭合回路。本发明解决了传统电磁力装置复杂以及推力弱的问题,提供了结构简单、推力大的强电磁力装置,适用于航天器冲击动力试验、材料的动态力学性能测试等场合。
