    本发明公开了一种带垫片车轮轴承结构,涉及汽车零部件领域,包括法兰盘等,法兰盘上卡槽式安装有内圈,外圈套装在法兰盘上,内圈与外圈之间设置内侧滚道,法兰盘的轴颈根部与外圈之间设置外侧滚道,内、外侧滚道组成双列滚道;法兰盘上靠近内圈的一侧设有旋铆外径,旋铆外径上通过旋铆工艺铆接有垫片;垫片的中心开设轴孔供驱动轮花键半轴穿入,沿垫片的外边缘设置有翻边;翻边上沿圆周均布有至少三个凸点,凸点与旋铆外径上的凹陷区域配合形成锁扣式结构。本发明能够解决车轮轴承上与等速半轴贴合面部位硬度不足导致车辆性能下降的技术难题;同时解决车轮轴承上与等速半轴贴合面部位耐磨不足导致车辆异响的技术难题。
