The invention discloses a spraying-free polypropylene composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and the spraying-free polypropylene composite material comprises the following raw materials: polypropylene, modified toughening impact-resistant master batch, scratch-resistant modified master batch, metal aluminum powder, a maleic anhydride grafted compatilizer, an antioxidant, an antistatic agent, polyethylene wax and calcium stearate. The material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-80 parts of polypropylene, 20-30 parts of modified toughened impact-resistant master batch, 5-10 parts of scratch-resistant modified master batch, 1-3 parts of metal aluminum powder, 2-3 parts of maleic anhydride grafted compatilizer, 1-3 parts of antistatic agent, 2-3 parts of polyethylene wax, 1-2 parts of calcium stearate and 0.3-0.6 part of antioxidant. The problem that in the prior art, a spraying-free polypropylene composite material for interior and exterior trim parts of an automobile is insufficient in impact resistance and scratch resistance is solved. The modified toughening impact-resistant master batch and the scratch-resistant modified master batch are added into the raw materials, so that the impact resistance and the scratch resistance of the spraying-free polypropylene composite material are remarkably improved.
本发明公开了一种免喷涂聚丙烯复合材料及其制备方法及其应用,包括原料聚丙烯、改性增韧抗冲击母粒、耐刮擦改性母粒、金属铝粉、马来酸酐接枝相容剂、抗氧剂、抗静电剂、聚乙烯蜡和硬质酸钙,各原料的重量份数为:聚丙烯70~80份、改性增韧抗冲击母粒20~30份、耐刮擦改性母粒5~10份、金属铝粉1~3份、马来酸酐接枝相容剂2~3份、抗静电剂1~3份、聚乙烯蜡2~3份、硬质酸钙1~2份和抗氧剂0.3~0.6份。本发明针对现有技术中汽车内外饰件用免喷涂聚丙烯复合材料在抗冲击和耐刮擦性能方面存在不足的问题进行改进,本发明通过在原料中添加改性增韧抗冲击母粒和耐刮擦改性母粒显著提升了免喷涂聚丙烯复合材料的抗冲击性能和耐刮擦性能。
