The invention discloses a railway bridge arch rib hoisting device which comprises steel trusses, a hoisting cable is arranged between the steel trusses, a hoisting device is connected to the hoisting cable in a sliding mode, and the two sides of the steel trusses are fixed to an arch seat and an arch rib in construction through pre-tensioning cables correspondingly. At least three hoisting cables are arranged between the steel trusses, a plurality of positioning wheel sets are arranged on the hoisting device, the hoisting device is in sliding connection with the hoisting cables through the positioning wheel sets, and a lifting mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the hoisting device; the two ends of the hoisting device are connected with winches through pull ropes correspondingly. The multiple hoisting cables can act together, the situation that the hoisting device rotates and shakes around the hoisting cables due to wind blowing and other reasons is avoided, and therefore the stability in the hoisting process is greatly improved, and manual adjustment and in-place are facilitated; and after the shaking amplitude is reduced, the abrasion of the hoisting device and the hoisting cable can be greatly reduced, so that the safety in the hoisting process is improved.

    本发明公开了一种铁路桥梁拱肋的起吊装置,包括钢桁架,钢桁架之间设置有吊运缆索,吊运缆索上滑动连接有吊装装置,所述钢桁架的两侧分别通过预拉缆索固定至拱座以及施工中的拱肋上,所述钢桁架之间设置有至少三根所述吊运缆索,所述吊装装置上设置有若干定位轮组,所述吊装装置通过所述定位轮组分别与所述吊运缆索滑动连接,所述吊装装置的底部设置有升降机构;所述吊装装置的两端分别通过拉绳连接有卷扬机。若干根吊运缆索能够共同作用,避免吊装装置因风吹等原因围绕吊运缆索旋转晃动,从而大大提高了吊运过程中的稳定性,方便人工进行调整和就位;减小了晃动幅度后能够大大降低吊装装置以及吊运缆索的磨损,从而提高了吊运过程中的安全性。
