The embodiment of the invention provides a pneumatic braking device of an automobile. The pneumatic braking device comprises first, second, third and fourth pneumatic pipeline excess flow stop valves, a first hose, a second hose and a pneumatic brake, the pneumatic brake comprises a service brake cavity and a parking brake cavity; the first pneumatic pipeline excess flow stop valve and the second pneumatic pipeline excess flow stop valve are installed on a vehicle frame in parallel, and air inlets of the first pneumatic pipeline excess flow stop valve and the second pneumatic pipeline excess flow stop valve are communicated through a guide pipe and then connected with a pneumatic braking loop. The third and fourth pneumatic pipeline excess flow stop valves and the pneumatic brake are mounted on the wheel set, and air outlets of the third and fourth pneumatic pipeline excess flow stop valves are communicated with each other through a guide pipe and then are communicated with a service brake cavity of the pneumatic brake; an air outlet of the first cut-off pneumatic pipeline flow valve is connected with an air inlet of the third pneumatic pipeline excess flow cut-off valve through a first hose, and an air outlet of the second pneumatic pipeline excess flow cut-off valve is connected with an air inlet of the fourth pneumatic pipeline excess flow cut-off valve through a second hose. According to the pneumatic braking device of the automobile, effective braking can be carried out under the condition that the hose is broken.

    本申请实施例提供一种汽车的气动制动装置,包括第一、二、三和四气动管路超流量截止阀、第一软管、第二软管和气动制动器;气动制动器包括行车制动腔和驻车制动腔;第一、二气动管路超流量截止阀并联安装在车架上,且第一、二气动管路超流量截止阀的进气口通过导管相互连通再与气动制动回路连接;第三、四气动管路超流量截止阀以及气动制动器安装在轮组上且第三、四气动管路超流量截止阀的出气口通过导管相互连通且再连通气动制动器的行车制动腔;第一截止气动管路流量阀的出气口和第三气动管路超流量截止阀的进气口通过第一软管连接,第二气动管路超流量截止阀的出气口和第四气动管路超流量截止阀的进气口通过第二软管连接。本申请的汽车的气动制动装置,在软管破裂的情况下,还可以进行有效的制动。
