The invention relates to a heat pump refrigerant circulating device and an electric vehicle heat management system, the electric vehicle heat management system comprises a waterway circulating system and a heat pump refrigerant circulating device, and the heat pump refrigerant circulating device comprises an air conditioner circulating system and a liquid cooling condenser; the air conditioner circulating system comprises a refrigerant side of a cooler, an electric compressor, an external condenser, a liquid storage device and an air conditioner box evaporator connected with the refrigerant side of the cooler in parallel, wherein the refrigerant side of the cooler, the electric compressor, the external condenser and the liquid storage device are sequentially connected in series through a refrigerant pipeline. The refrigerant side of the liquid cooling condenser is connected with the external condenser in parallel through the refrigerant pipeline; the water path circulation system comprises an air conditioning box heater, a heater water pump and a water path side of the liquid cooling condenser, and the water path side of the liquid cooling condenser is sequentially communicated with the air conditioning box heater and the heater water pump through a water path. By arranging the cooler, heat can be indirectly absorbed through the cooler of the non-heat-pump air conditioner circulation system, the heating efficiency of the whole vehicle is improved, and energy consumption is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种热泵冷媒循环装置及电动汽车热管理系统,电动汽车热管理系统包括水路循环系统和热泵冷媒循环装置,热泵冷媒循环装置包括:空调循环系统和液冷冷凝器;所述空调循环系统包括依次通过冷媒管路串联的冷却器的冷媒侧、电动压缩机、外部冷凝器、储液器和与所述冷却器的冷媒侧并联的空调箱蒸发器;所述液冷冷凝器的冷媒侧通过所述冷媒管路与所述外部冷凝器并联;所述水路循环系统包括空调箱暖风、暖风水泵和所述液冷冷凝器的水路侧,所述液冷冷凝器的水路侧通过水路依次和所述空调箱暖风、所述暖风水泵连通。通过设置冷却器,使得可以通过非热泵空调循环系统的冷却器间接吸收热量,提升了整车的制热效率,降低了能源的消耗。
