The invention discloses an efficient methanol reforming hydrogen production-fuel cell automobile and a control method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of new energy automobiles. The technical problem to be solved is to provide the improvement of the hardware structure of the efficient methanol reforming hydrogen production-fuel cell automobile. According to the technical scheme, the hydrogen fuel cell generator mainly comprises a fuel tank, a reformer, a hydrogen fuel cell generator, an auxiliary cell, an electric driving device, a whole vehicle control device and the like. Methanol is used as an energy storage medium, methanol and water pass through a reforming device to generate mixed gas with the hydrogen content higher than 70%, and the mixed gas passes through a high-temperature proton exchange membrane fuel cell to generate electric energy, heat energy and water; wherein the electric energy is used for supplying power to an automobile driving motor or charging an auxiliary battery; heat energy recovery is used for methanol reforming hydrogen production or cab heating in winter and auxiliary battery heating; the water is recycled to a fuel tank to be mixed with newly supplemented methanol to form a reaction raw material; the method is applied to the new energy automobile.

    本发明一种高效甲醇重整制氢‑燃料电池汽车及其控制方法,属于新能源汽车技术领域;所要解决的技术问题为:提供一种高效甲醇重整制氢‑燃料电池汽车硬件结构的改进;解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:主要包含燃料箱、重整器、氢燃料电池发电机、辅助电池、电驱动装置、整车控制装置等;以甲醇为储能介质,甲醇、水通过重整装置生成氢气含量高于70%的混合气,混合气通过高温质子交换膜燃料电池产生电能、热能和水;其中的电能用于给汽车驱动电机供电,或给辅助电池充电;热能回收用于甲醇重整制氢或冬季驾驶室取暖、辅助电池加热;水回收至燃料箱与新补充的甲醇混合,成为反应原料;本发明应用于新能源汽车。
