The invention discloses a method and a model for predicting chlorophyll content of a cold region rice canopy, and belongs to the technical field of cold region rice detection. In order to improve the accuracy of predicting the chlorophyll content of the rice canopy in the cold region, firstly, an information-free variable elimination method and a continuous projection algorithm are used for screening obtained ground hyperspectral data of the rice canopy in the cold region to obtain a characteristic wave band, and then based on a neural network method, the ground spectral data of the characteristic wave band serve as model input to obtain the chlorophyll content of the rice canopy in the cold region. According to the method, a model capable of accurately predicting the chlorophyll content of the rice canopy in the cold region is obtained by taking the SPAD content of the rice canopy as model output, and the spatial distribution of the chlorophyll content of the rice canopy in the cold region is obtained by taking the characteristic wave band extracted from each pixel point of the unmanned aerial vehicle hyperspectral image of the rice canopy in the cold region as the input of the model. The model obtained by the method has a good determination coefficient and a small root-mean-square error, and accurate prediction of the chlorophyll content of the rice canopy in the cold region can be realized based on the unmanned aerial vehicle image.

    一种用于预测寒地水稻冠层叶绿素含量的方法及模型,属于寒地水稻检测技术领域。本发明为了提高寒地水稻冠层叶绿素含量预测的准确度,首先利用无信息变量消除法和连续投影算法对获取的寒地水稻冠层地面高光谱数据进行筛选,获得特征波段,然后基于神经网络方法,以特征波段的地面光谱数据作为模型输入,以水稻冠层SPAD含量作为模型输出,获得能够准确预测寒地水稻冠层叶绿素含量的模型,再将寒地水稻冠层无人机高光谱影像每个像元点提取到的特征波段作为模型的输入,就得到了寒地水稻冠层叶绿素含量的空间分布。本发明获得的模型具有很好的决定系数和较小的均方根误差,可以基于无人机影像实现寒地水稻冠层叶绿素含量的精确预测。
