Through the arrangement of the friction block and the tensioning wheel, as the rotating directions of the driven wheel and the tensioning wheel are the same, in the process that the tensioning wheel drives the friction block to make contact with the steel rope, force opposite to the pulling force of the winding roller can be applied to the steel rope, then certain tensioning force is generated to the steel rope, and the situation that the steel rope is too loose and cannot be damaged is avoided. Therefore, the probability that the loose steel rope affects the subsequent use efficiency is reduced.
