The invention belongs to the technical field of rubber processing, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a wet-process white carbon black emulsion styrene-butadiene composite rubber for tire tread rubber, which comprises the following steps: adding white carbon black, water and an additive into a reactor, and stirring at a high speed to prepare a high-dispersion white carbon black mother solution; and adding the white carbon black mother liquor into the emulsion polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber latex solution, mixing under high-speed stirring, solidifying, washing and drying to obtain the wet-process white carbon black emulsion polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber composite adhesive. The process is simple, and the dispersity and uniformity of the white carbon black in the rubber are improved by carrying out silanization-free treatment on the white carbon black. In a rubber material of tire tread rubber of the composite rubber, the rolling resistance performance of the rubber material can be reduced, and the prepared wet-process white carbon black emulsion polybutylbenzene composite rubber material can be applied to tire treads.

    本发明属于橡胶加工技术领域,特别涉及一种轮胎胎面胶用湿法白炭黑乳聚丁苯复合胶的制备方法,在反应器中加入白炭黑、水、添加剂后进行高速搅拌,制备成高分散的白炭黑母液;将白炭黑母液加入到乳聚丁苯橡胶胶乳溶液中,在高速搅拌下混合后,经凝固、洗涤、干燥,得到湿法白炭黑乳聚丁苯复合胶。本发明工艺简单,通过对白炭黑进行无硅烷化处理,提高了白炭黑在橡胶中的分散性和均匀性。复合胶的轮胎胎面胶的胶料中,可以降低胶料的滚动阻力性能,所制备的湿法白炭黑乳聚丁苯复合胶料可应用于轮胎胎面中。
