The invention discloses a traction vehicle and a rotating platform device applied to a ship-based platform, and relates to the field of equipment development and manufacturing. Comprising a rotating platform; a rotating shaft; a driving seat; a gear; a rack; the clamping groove is fixed; a hydraulic top cylinder; the six hydraulic cylinders penetrate through the six fixing holes respectively and are fixed to the base, the fixing clamping groove is connected with the rack, the rack is matched with the gear, and the device is suitable for being applied to the special vehicle on a ship-borne platform in a limited space so that a driver can rapidly change the driving view angle and conveniently and rapidly complete a combat readiness task.
