The variable-rigidity variable-damping magneto-rheological seat suspension comprises a base, a self-induction self-power-supply component and a variable-rigidity variable-damping rotary damper. The self-induction and self-power-supply part is mainly realized by a high-speed generator; the variable-stiffness variable-damping rotary damper comprises an outer damping unit, an inner damping unit, a torsion spring and a spring seat; the two sides of the base are each provided with a shear type structure, and the shear type structures are used for assembling the variable-rigidity variable-damping rotating damper and the self-induction self-power-supply component. Variable stiffness and variable damping can be achieved at the same time to further improve the vibration reduction performance of the seat suspension, and vibration energy can be collected and converted into electric energy to achieve self power supply. In addition, rapid and effective response can be made to the impact load, meanwhile, the compactness of the structure is achieved, and the cost is reduced. The method can meet the technical requirements of various vehicles and other transportation tools for protecting drivers and passengers, and has a wide application prospect.
