The power battery is arranged on the outer side of the frame, the chassis system is intensively arranged on the inner side of the frame, and the space of the outer side of the frame relative to a truck body is large, so that the space for accommodating the power battery is sufficient, and the arrangement feasibility of the electric light truck is improved; the driving motor is arranged on the inner side of the frame, and the scheme adjustment is not influenced by a power battery, so that the arrangement of the driving motor has multiple choices.
本发明公开了一种电动轻卡底盘,车架的前后两侧分别设有前桥总成和后桥总成,在前桥总成与车架之间设有前减震器,后桥总成与车架之间设有后减震器;车架的前侧设有控制前轮转向的转向器总成;两组动力电池均设于车架的中部,且分别置于车架的左右两侧,在车架的中部设有传动轴总成和电机总成,电机总成通过传动轴总成驱动后桥总成。本发明将动力电池布置在车架外侧,底盘系统集中布置于车架内侧,由于车架外侧相对车身上的空间较大,所以容纳动力电池的空间较为充足,如此使得电动轻卡的布置可行性得到提高;由于驱动电机布置在车架内侧,其方案调整不受动力电池影响,故驱动电机的布置也有多种选择。
