The invention discloses an integrated millimeter wave communication machine for direct communication between urban rail trains. The integrated communication machine comprises a local oscillator source, a three-antenna transmitter and a three-channel receiver. The local oscillation source is configured to be a frequency doubler, a driving amplifier, a frequency tripler and a 90-92 GHZ band-pass filter, reverse bias voltage needs to be applied to the frequency tripler, and finally the frequency is sent to the frequency mixer of the receiver and the transmitter through the combination of a power divider and a power amplifier; the three-antenna transmitter is configured as follows: a variable gain amplifier, a 3GHZ band-pass filter, a frequency mixer, a 93-95GHZ band-pass filter, a driving amplifier and a power amplifier are finally transmitted to a three-shared antenna through a power divider and the power amplifier; and the three-channel receiver is configured as follows: a low-noise amplifier and a 93-95GHZ band-pass filter are used for two times of down-conversion, and finally an intermediate-frequency signal is output through an intermediate-frequency amplifier. The integrated communication machine has the advantages of miniaturization, high signal identification degree, low cost, high reliability and the like. Meanwhile, the invention provides a communication scheme for solving channel preemption of communication machines at two ends.
本发明公开了一种城轨列车间直接通信的一体化毫米波通信机。所述一体化通信机包括:本振源、三天线发射机、三通道接收机。所述本振源配置为:2倍频器、驱动放大器、3倍频器、90‑92GHZ带通滤波器,其中3倍频器须加反向偏压,最后经功分器与功率放大器组合送入接收机与发射机的混频器;所述三天线发射机的配置为:可变增益放大器、3GHZ带通滤波器、混频器、93‑95GHZ带通滤波器、驱动放大器、功率放大器最后经功分器和功率放大器送入三共用天线;三通道接收机配置为:低噪放大器、93‑95GHZ带通滤波器、两次下变频,最后经中频放大器输出中频信号。此一体化通信机具有小型化、信号辨识度高、成本低、可靠性高等优点,同时提出了一种解决两端通信机信道抢占的通信方案。
