The device comprises two horizontal propellers, a vertical propeller, an observation cabin, a shell and a battery bracket, a framework made of anodized aluminum profiles is installed in the shell, a left duct and a right duct are machined in the shell, two horizontal propellers are installed in the ducts and fixed to the framework, a vertical propeller is located in the middle of the shell and fixed to the framework, through hole modules are arranged at the top and the bottom of the shell, and the vertical propeller is communicated with the through hole modules. The battery support is located at the bottom of the rear side in the shell and fixed to the framework, and the observation cabin is installed at the front end of the shell and fixed to the framework. According to the closed shell of the closed robot subjected to hydrodynamic optimization, the resistance of the robot can be effectively reduced, the stability and maneuverability of the robot under the control of the three propellers are guaranteed, and the energy consumption of the robot is reduced.
