The invention relates to the technical field of ship bottom plate manufacturing, and discloses a friction stir welding aluminum alloy ship bottom plate which comprises an outer protection plate and an inner protection plate, the outer protection plate and the inner protection plate are both plates of an arc-shaped structure, the inner protection plate is arranged in the outer protection plate, a gap is formed between the outer protection plate and the inner protection plate, and the inner protection plate is arranged in the gap. A bottom plate is arranged on the top face of the outer protection plate and the top face of the inner protection plate, first welding openings in bilateral symmetry are formed in the positions, close to the upper side, of the side wall face of the inner protection plate in a penetrating mode, second welding openings in bilateral symmetry are formed in the top face of the bottom plate in a penetrating mode, and a welding part is arranged at the connecting position of the inner protection plate and the bottom plate. A welding part is also arranged at the joint of the outer protection plate and the bottom plate, and the outer protection plate and the bottom plate are fixedly spliced together through friction stir welding. According to the device, the shaking amplitude and the stress direction of the peripheral elastic particles and the short fiber materials are sensed through the multiple sets of sensors, and the effect of rapidly positioning the collision position is achieved.
