The invention relates to the technical field of automobile wire harness connectors, in particular to a high-voltage wire harness injection molding part for a new energy automobile and a machining method of the high-voltage wire harness injection molding part. In the injection molding part, a terminal assembly is used for fixing a collection cable, the terminal assembly extends into a fixing assembly in a sleeved mode, a sealing assembly is connected with the fixing assembly through a connecting strip, and the sealing assembly can cover the fixing assembly in a sealing mode. The processing method comprises the following steps: S1, feeding the particulate matter principle into a melt bin of an injection molding machine; s2, drying the granular raw materials in the melting bin; 3, the molten raw materials are extruded into an injection assembly; s4, extruding the raw materials into a mold; s5, after injection is completed, demolding and material taking are conducted; according to the invention, the connection part of the terminal is ensured not to be polluted and influenced by the external environment, the overall cost is controllable, most parts are made of TPE materials through injection molding, and good corrosion-resistant, waterproof and moistureproof effects are achieved; and the buckling type cover body is convenient for subsequent maintenance and upgrading of the terminal assembly, so that the probability of poor conductivity is reduced.

    本发明涉及汽车线束连接器技术领域,尤其涉及一种新能源汽车用高压线束注塑件及其加工方法;注塑件中,端子组件用于固定汇集线缆,并且端子组件伸入套接在固定组件内部,密封组件通过连接条与固定组件连接,并且密封组件可密封盖设在固定组件上;加工方法包括如下步骤:S1、将颗粒物原理送入注塑机熔料仓内;S2、熔料仓内颗粒原料进行烘料;3、将熔化的原料挤入射出组件;S4、将原料挤入模具中;S5、注射完成后,退模取料;采用本发明,保证了端子的连接处,不被外界环境污染和影响,整体成本可控,大部分部件为TPE材质注塑制成,具有良好的耐腐蚀和防水防潮效果;并且扣接式盖体,便于后续的端子组件的维护与升级,减小导电不良的概率。
