The invention discloses a roadside warning information identification and acquisition system based on machine vision, and the system comprises a control center, and an image collection and processing system which is in communication connection with the control center and is used for obtaining and identifying road warning board information in a preset range; the Bluetooth module is used for controlling the image acquisition and processing system to acquire the road warning board information under the control of an acquisition instruction of the control center, processing the road warning board information and forwarding the processed road warning board information to the control center; and the communication module is used for performing data interaction with vehicle-mounted equipment of the moving vehicle under the control of the interaction instruction of the control center and forwarding the traffic state data from the control center to the vehicle-mounted equipment. Road warning board information is collected and recognized through the image collection system based on machine vision and sent to the vehicle-mounted equipment through the communication module, information transmission work is achieved, and a driver can know the front road condition and the warning board information in time; and traffic accidents and traffic law violation can be effectively avoided.

    本发明公开了一种基于机器视觉的路侧警示信息识别与采集系统,包括:控制中心以及与其通讯连接的:图像采集处理系统,用于获取和识别预设范围内的道路警示牌信息;蓝牙模块,用于在控制中心的采集指令的控制下控制图像采集处理系统获取道路警示牌信息,处理后转发到控制中心;通信模块,用于在控制中心的交互指令的控制下与移动车辆的车载设备进行数据交互,向车载设备转发来自控制中心的交通状态数据。通过基于机器视觉的图像采集系统对道路警示牌信息进行采集和识别并将警示牌信息通过通信模块发送至车载设备上,实现信息的传递工作,使驾驶人员能够及时的了解到前方路况和警示牌信息,有效避免交通事故和违反交通法则的情况发生。
