The invention discloses a ballastless track structure layer detection device which comprises a rigid frame and a rigid ladder truss. A plurality of groups of roller pairs are arranged at the bottom of the rigid frame, and the roller pairs are arranged on the ballastless track; an intelligent analysis integrated system and a strapdown inertial navigation assembly are arranged on the rigid frame; the rigid ladder trusses are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the rigid frame. A plurality of distance measuring sensors are arranged on the rigid step truss on each side, and the rigid step trusses on the two sides and any wheel shaft are arranged on the same vertical plane; the intelligent analysis integrated system is respectively connected with the strapdown inertial navigation assembly and the distance measuring sensor. The ballastless track structure layer detection device is simple in structural form, wide in detection range, light, handy and flexible, and can be used for synchronous measurement and detection of vertical relative deformation, vertical absolute deformation and transverse roll degree of a ballastless track structure of a high-speed railway from a construction period to an operation period.

    本发明公开了一种无砟轨道结构层检测装置,包括刚性框架、刚性阶梯桁架;刚性框架的底部设有数组滚轮对,滚轮对置于无砟轨道上;刚性框架上设有智能分析集成系统及捷联惯导组件;刚性阶梯桁架对称设于刚性框架的两侧;每侧的刚性阶梯桁架上分别设有数个测距传感器,两侧的刚性阶梯桁架与任一轮轴设于同一竖直面上;智能分析集成系统分别与捷联惯导组件和测距传感器连接。本发明的无砟轨道结构层检测装置,结构形式简单,检测范围广,轻巧灵活,能够用于从建设期到运营期的高速铁路无砟轨道结构的垂向相对形变、垂向绝对形变和横向侧倾度的同步测量检测。
