The invention provides an environment-friendly blocked mercaptosilane and mercaptosilane copolymer and a preparation method thereof, and the method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing 3-octanoylsulfur-1-propyltriethoxysilane, 3-mercaptopropyltriethoxysilane, organic dihydric alcohol, iso-tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether and a tetrabutyl titanate catalyst, adding a catalyst, and stirring to obtain a mixture; carrying out condensation reaction under the conditions that the temperature is 50-150 DEG C and the vacuum degree is-0.08 to-0.1 Mpa, so as to obtain a reaction crude product; and carrying out reduced pressure distillation on the reaction crude product to remove residual ethanol, and filtering to obtain the environment-friendly end-capped mercaptosilane and mercaptosilane copolymer product. The prepared terminated mercaptosilane and mercaptosilane copolymer has no ethyoxyl functional group in the molecular structure, so that the ethanol released in the tire manufacturing process is fundamentally eliminated, and the early scorching phenomenon of the rubber material is obviously improved.
本发明提供了一种环保型封端巯基硅烷与巯基硅烷共聚物及其制备方法,所述方法包括:将3‑辛酰基硫‑1‑丙基三乙氧基硅烷、3‑巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷、有机二元醇、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚和钛酸四丁酯催化剂混匀,于温度为50~150℃、真空度为‑0.08~‑0.1Mpa下进行缩合反应,获得反应粗品;将所述反应粗品进行减压蒸馏,除去残留乙醇,过滤后获得环保型封端巯基硅烷与巯基硅烷共聚物产品。制备的封端巯基硅烷与巯基硅烷共聚物,分子结构中无乙氧基官能团,从根本上消除在轮胎制造过程中释放的乙醇,并且明显改善胶料的早期焦烧现象。
