According to the technical scheme, the device comprises a bottom frame, a controller and a suspension arm, a bottom plate is mounted in the bottom frame, a supporting rod is mounted at the top of the bottom plate, four sets of infrared sensors are mounted outside the supporting rod, a load-bearing bearing is mounted at the top of the supporting rod, a steering gear is mounted at the top of the load-bearing bearing, and a mounting base is mounted at the top of the steering gear; and a controller is mounted on one side of the top of the bottom plate. The controller is installed on one side of the top of the bottom plate, after a worker inputs specified parameters into the controller, the controller can be used for controlling the motor and the electric hoist to operate in a matched mode, all-directional movement of materials can be completed, the materials are unloaded after the materials reach the specified position, then the materials go to a material taking place in an idle stroke mode, and a working cycle is completed; and then secondary hoisting or carrying is carried out, so that the automatic control function of the device is realized.

    本发明涉及吊装设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种可自动控制的全方位吊装设备。其技术方案包括:底架、控制器和吊臂,底架的内部安装有底板,底板的顶部安装有支撑杆,支撑杆的外部安装有四组红外传感器,支撑杆的顶部安装有承重轴承,承重轴承的顶部安装有转向齿轮,转向齿轮的顶部安装有安装座,底板的顶部一侧安装有控制器。本发明通过在底板的顶部一侧安装有控制器,工作人员可通过向控制器输入指定参数后,利用控制器可控制电机以及电葫芦进行配合运行,可完成对物料的全方位移动,并到达指定位置后卸载物料,再空行程到取料地点,完成一个工作循环,然后再进行第二次吊运或搬运,实现装置自动控制的功能。
