The invention discloses an intelligent hoisting system for a high-temperature molten slag tank, and relates to the technical field of hoisting systems, the intelligent hoisting system comprises a ground station, a vehicle-mounted station, a communication module and a slag tank vehicle independent positioning system, and manual operations such as manual hoisting, overhead crane trolley and main hook operation and alignment judgment in the hoisting process of a liquid molten slag tank are completed; and an intelligent positioning system and a PLC are used for control, so that manual intervention is reduced. The crane positioning and tracking technology and the wireless spread spectrum communication technology are used for improving adaptability of an existing slag pot hoisting line, automatic positioning of a slag pot car and a crane is achieved, and therefore labor intensity of operators is greatly reduced, operation in a severe environment is avoided, production efficiency is improved, production cost is reduced, and product quality is improved. Accidents caused by manual driving faults are prevented, and the failure rate is reduced and the service life of equipment is prolonged according to the control of a stabilization system.

    本发明公开了一种高温熔融渣罐智能化吊运系统,涉及吊运系统技术领域,包括地面站、车载站、通讯模块以及渣罐车独立定位系统,将液态熔融态渣罐的吊运过程中的人工指吊、天车大小车及主钩操作、对位判断等人工操作,交给智能定位系统和PLC去控制,减少人工干预。利用行车定位跟踪技术及无线扩频通信技术对现有的渣罐吊运线进行适应性的改进,实现了渣罐车与行车的自动定位,从而大大降低了操作人员的劳动强度、避免恶劣环境下作业,提高生产效率,降低生产成本,防止人工开行车失误造成的事故,根据稳定化系统的控制,减少故障率和延长设备寿。
