The invention relates to the field of winding, lifting and traction, in particular to a delivery sow conveying tackle which comprises a fixing frame and a rope, one end of the fixing frame is provided with a take-up roller driven by a motor, the other end of the fixing frame is provided with a follow-up wheel support, and the follow-up wheel support is provided with a follow-up rotating wheel. Guide through grooves which are used for avoiding a rotating shaft of the follow-up rotating wheel and extend in the vertical direction are formed in the positions, on the two sides of the follow-up rotating wheel, of the follow-up wheel support, the fixing frame is provided with an elastic mechanism used for supporting the follow-up rotating wheel, after the rope is wound around the follow-up rotating wheel, one end of the rope is fixedly connected with the take-up roller, and the other end of the rope is connected with a farrowing sow; the technical purpose of reducing the impact load borne by the rope is achieved.
