The infrared thermal wave nondestructive testing device based on the unmanned aerial vehicle comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle body, a fuselage, wings, landing supporting frames and an infrared thermal wave nondestructive testing structure, the landing supporting frames are arranged at the bottoms of the two sides of the fuselage, transverse limiting rods are further arranged between the landing supporting frames, and a detection cavity is formed in the right bottom of the fuselage; the infrared thermal wave nondestructive testing structure is arranged in the detection cavity, a limiting structure is arranged in the detection cavity, an elastic buffering part is arranged at the bottom of the rising and falling supporting frame and comprises a buffering air cylinder, a buffering spring is arranged in the buffering air cylinder, and a piston in the buffering air cylinder is connected with the buffering spring; the elastic buffer component is embedded in a fixing shell on the landing support frame, an auxiliary support rod is obliquely arranged on the outer side of the fixing shell, a limiting structure in the detection cavity can enable the stability of the detection component in the detection cavity, and the elastic buffer component arranged at the bottom of the landing support frame improves the stability of the unmanned aerial vehicle in the landing process.

    本发明公开了一种基于无人机红外热波无损检测装置,包括无人机本体、机身、机翼、起落支撑架以及红外热波无损检测结构,起落支撑架设置于机身两侧底部,起落支撑架之间还设置有横向限位杆,机身正底部设置有检测腔体,红外热波无损检测结构设置于检测腔体内部,检测腔体内部设置有限位结构,起落支撑架底部设置有弹性缓冲部件,弹性缓冲部件包括缓冲气缸,缓冲气缸内部设置有缓冲弹簧,缓冲气缸内部的活塞连接缓冲弹簧,弹性缓冲部件内嵌于起落支撑架上的固定壳内,固定壳的外侧还倾斜设置有辅助支撑杆,检测腔体内部的限位结构能够让检测部件在检测腔体内部的稳定性,起落支撑架底部设置的弹性缓冲部件提高了无人机在落地过程中的稳定性。
