The invention discloses an installation method of an ultra-large container ship guide rail frame. The installation method comprises the following steps that firstly, a bulkhead segmented large-group jig frame is arranged; grooves for placing the guide rail brackets are correspondingly formed in the bulkhead segmented large-group jig frames; secondly, a guide rail frame of the stern end bulkhead is pre-buried in the jig frame, and the guide rail frame is placed in the corresponding groove; step 3, sequentially hoisting the upper part assembly and the lower part structure of the compartment subsection to a jig frame for large combination; fourthly, the allowance of the guide rail frame connecting plate is repaired and cut; fifthly, the guide rail frame and the stern end bulkhead are installed; and 6, a guide rail frame of the bow end bulkhead is normally installed, and a complete segment is formed. By arranging the guide rail frame pre-embedded jig frame and utilizing the mounting trolley, the purpose of completing mounting of the guide rail frame in the sectioning stage is achieved, the sectioning mounting strength is guaranteed, the sections do not turn over in the construction process, and deformation of the sections is reduced.
本发明公开了一种超大型集装箱船导轨架的安装方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、设置隔舱分段大组胎架;隔舱分段大组胎架上对应设置有用于放置导轨架的凹槽;步骤二、将艉端舱壁的导轨架预埋在胎架,导轨架搁置在对应的凹槽内;步骤三、将隔舱分段的上部组立、下部结构依次吊装到胎架上进行大组合拢;步骤四、修割导轨架连接板的余量;步骤五、将导轨架与艉端舱壁进行安装;步骤六、正态安装艏端舱壁的导轨架,形成完整分段。本发明通过设置导轨架预埋胎架,利用安装小车,实现了导轨架在分段阶段完成安装的目的,保证了分段的安装强度,分段在建造过程中不翻身,减少了分段的变形。
