The invention discloses a novel rudder suitable for underwater full speed. The rudder area is changed by changing the chord length, the rudder area is effectively increased, meanwhile, due to the fact that the thickness of the rudder plate is reduced, resistance is reduced, and the stability of the underwater robot is not changed. The underwater robot is simple in structure, easy to implement, high in maneuverability and good in stability.
