The method comprises a power supply detection mode, a torque detection verification mode and an instrument ICM detection mode. When an automobile is not started, when it is detected that the time when the continuous power supply voltage of the TBOX controller is smaller than 2 V is longer than 5 seconds, it is judged that the TBOX is dismantled, and the TBOX controller reports dismantling information to a TSP platform. When the automobile is started, the interactive verification of the ECU and the TBOX is not passed or not initiated; if so, it is determined that the TBOX is removed and the engine ECU executes a low-torque mode. After the vehicle is ignited and started, if the instrument ICM cannot continuously receive the TBOX CAN message; and if so, judging that the TBOX is removed. The method is not limited to the design and implementation of mechanical anti-disassembly, and when the anti-disassembly strategy is not needed, the anti-disassembly strategy can be implemented by updating software, so that the flexibility of the anti-disassembly function is improved.
本发明公开了一种基于远程监控的车载TBOX防拆除方法,涉及车载TBOX防拆除技术领域。本发明包括供电检测方式、扭矩检测校验方式以及仪表ICM检测方式。本发明在汽车未启动时,通过检测TBOX控制器持续供电电压小于2V的时间大于5秒时,判断为TBOX被拆除并且TBOX控制器向TSP平台上报拆除信息。当汽车启动时,ECU与TBOX交互校验未通过或未发起校验;则判断为TBOX被拆除且发动机ECU执行低扭矩模式。车辆点火启动后,若仪表ICM持续接收不到TBOX CAN报文;则判断为TBOX被拆除。不再局限于机械防拆的设计和实现,当不需要防拆策略时可以通过更新软件的方式实现,提高了防拆功能的灵活性。
