The invention relates to the technical field of electric vehicles, in particular to a method and system for estimating the remaining charging time of an electric vehicle, and the method comprises the following steps: if the current temperature is lower than the normal charging temperature, obtaining the preheating time according to a preset preheating time table which is obtained by the test result of a low-temperature heating rack; searching an SOP table according to the current electric quantity to obtain the current charging current, obtaining the heating rate according to a preset heating rate table, calculating the time for reaching the next temperature gear, and updating the electric quantity by adopting an ampere-hour integral method, the preset heating rate table being obtained by a charging bench test result; when the current electric quantity is higher than the threshold electric quantity, the time and the temperature are corrected until the electric quantity is not lower than 100%; and calculating the remaining charging time according to the cumulative time and the preheating time. According to the method, the physical system bench test is used as input, the calculation method is simple, engineering implementation is facilitated, correction is carried out when the electric quantity is about to be fully charged, and the result is more accurate.

    本发明涉及电动汽车技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种电动汽车充电剩余时间的估算方法及系统,方法步骤如下:若当前温度低于正常充电温度,则根据预设预加热时间表获取预加热时间,预设预加热时间表由低温加热台架试验结果所得;根据当前电量查SOP表获取当前充电电流,根据预设加热速率表获取加热速率并计算到达下一个温度档位的时间,采用安时积分法更新电量,预设加热速率表由充电台架试验结果所得;当当前电量高于门限电量时对时间、温度进行修正,直至电量不低于100%;根据累计时间以及预加热时间计算充电剩余时间。本发明以物理系统台架试验作为输入,计算方法简单,更利于工程实现,且在电量即将充满时进行修正,使得结果更加准确。
