The invention discloses a replaceable module device for a Pico-nano satellite, the Pico-nano satellite comprises a maintenance satellite with a manipulator and a satellite to be maintained, and the replaceable module device comprises a module for plugging replacement and a mounting groove matched with the module for use; the module comprises a protective shell used for packaging standby equipment, and one end of the protective shell is provided with a picking part matched with a mechanical arm for picking and a locking screw penetrating through the protective shell in the inserting and pulling direction. And the bottom of the mounting groove is provided with a fixing sleeve which is matched and fixed with the locking screw rod. The device is simple in structure and convenient to operate, and the replacement work efficiency of the module is improved through cooperation of the device structures.

    本发明公开了一种用于皮纳卫星的可更换模块装置,所述皮纳卫星包括带有机械手的维修卫星和待维修卫星,所述可更换模块装置包括用于插拔替换的模块与模块配合使用的安装槽;所述模块包括用于封装备用设备的保护壳,所述保护壳一端带有与机械手配合拾取的拾取部以及沿插拔方向贯穿保护壳的锁紧螺杆;所述安装槽底部设有与所述锁紧螺杆配合固定的固定套。该装置结构简单,操作方便,通过装置结构之间的配合提高了模块的更换工作效率。
