The invention provides an urban emergency traffic first-aid repair system based on a rainstorm condition. Comprising a rainfall information acquisition sensing device, a rainfall intensity monitoring device, a rainfall information digital conversion device, an early warning device for sending alarm information, a signal transmission device, a rescue site positioning device and a control device for controlling the operation of the whole system, the invention further provides an urban emergency traffic first-aid repair method based on the rainstorm condition. The specific method adopts the Dijkstra algorithm of the shortest circuit problem. The system is convenient to install, easy to operate, small in data acquisition workload and low in cost, material distribution is optimized, and the system is an optimal path for realizing rescue material distribution.

    本发明提供了一种基于暴雨条件下的城市应急交通抢修系统,其特征在于,包括雨量信息采集传感装置、雨量强度监测装置、雨量信息数字化转换装置、用于发出警报信息的预警装置、信号传输装置、救援地点定位装置和控制整个系统运行的控制装置;还提供了一种基于暴雨条件下的城市应急交通抢修方法,具体做法运用了最短路问题的Dijkstra算法。本发明安装方便、容易操作,数据采集工作量小,成本较低,且优化物资配送,是实现救援物资配送的最优路径。
