The invention belongs to the technical field of sensors, and discloses a micro-column pressure electroacoustic flow sensor device and an underwater vehicle. The micro-column piezoelectric electroacoustic flow sensor device comprises an upper cover plate, a lower base, an electronic bin and a sensing element array. A mounting groove is formed in the upper part of the lower base; the electronic bin and the sensing element array are arranged in the mounting groove; the sensing element array is composed of a plurality of rectangular piezoelectric ceramic sensing elements, the rectangular piezoelectric ceramic sensing elements are arranged in a linear array, and the arrangement direction is consistent with the length direction of the lower base; a multi-channel pre-amplification circuit is arranged in the electronic bin; each rectangular piezoelectric ceramic sensing element is connected with the input end of the pre-amplification circuit through a lead; the upper cover plate is positioned above the lower base and is connected with the lower base; each rectangular piezoelectric ceramic sensing element is in contact with the lower surface of the upper cover plate; the underwater vehicle adopts the sensor device, so that the continuously changing flow field can be effectively measured, and the requirement of observing the turbulence on the surface of the underwater vehicle is met.

    本发明属于传感器技术领域,公开了一种微柱压电声流传感器装置及水下航行器。微柱压电声流传感器装置包括上盖板、下基座、电子仓以及传感基元阵列;下基座上部设有安装槽,电子仓以及传感基元阵列均设置于安装槽内;传感基元阵列由多个矩形压电陶瓷传感基元组成,各个矩形压电陶瓷传感基元呈线阵排列且排列方向与下基座的长度方向一致;电子仓内设有多通道前置放大电路;各个矩形压电陶瓷传感基元分别通过引线与前置放大电路的输入端相连;上盖板位于下基座的上方,且与下基座连接;各个矩形压电陶瓷传感基元均与上盖板的下表面接触;水下航行器采用上述传感器装置,因而能够对不断变化的流场进行有效测量,以满足水下航行器表面湍流观测的需求。
